As an MCNA member you are entitled to certain rights and services when being treated by MCNA network providers. It’s your duty to take part in the healthcare treatment suggested by your provider. We want to make sure that you are aware of your rights and know how to access them. A list of those rights can be found in your Member Handbook. Please read it to know your benefits.

Florida Medicaid redeterminations are coming back. Make sure the Department of Children and Families (DCF) can reach you. Be sure to update your contact information through your MyAccess account. It’s easy! Log in or create your account at https://www.myflfamilies.com/myaccess. 

Be on the lookout for notices from the DCF so you will know when you need to take action regarding your coverage.
