MCNA has a large network of general and specialty dentists throughout Florida. Our online Provider Directory allows you to search for a dentist and is always current.

Claim Your $10 Amazon.com Gift Card
MCNA rewards our members who take care of their oral health! Parents or guardians of our Florida Medicaid members can earn a $10 Amazon.com Gift Card per child! To earn this reward, the child must see the dentist for an initial dental exam and preventive service when they join our plan. They must then go back for a follow-up dental checkup within 6 months. Adult members aged 18 and older can also earn this reward. Restrictions apply.
Once the member has been to the dentist, received a preventive service, and received a followup checkup within 6 months, you can log in to the Member Portal to claim the gift card.

Claim an Additional $15 Amazon.com Gift Card by Completing an Oral Health Assessment
Answer a few questions about your oral health. This form will help us ensure you receive the best dental care to meet your unique needs.
You will earn a $15 Amazon.com Gift Card per child when you submit the form. Adult members can also earn this reward. Once your Oral Health Assessment form is processed by MCNA, you can log in to your Member Portal account to claim the gift card. Restrictions apply.
