2022 Conforming Amendment Effective 10/1/2022

The State of Florida adopted the Freedom First budget for State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2022-2023, which provides specific funding to the Agency for Health Care Administration for the sole purpose of increasing the minimum wage for employees of Medicaid providers to at least fifteen dollars ($15.00) an hour. Please see the 2022 Conforming Amendment describing new requirements. Your fee schedule will be updated to reflect the new increase for this purpose.
