In March of 2022, the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) informed providers of the mandate that requires all health care professionals seeing Medicaid enrollees to have specific information when filing claims. Please read our provider bulletin to learn more about these important requirements.

MCNA has adopted new Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs). Our approved CPGs can be download from the Support and Downloads page in the Provider Portal, or from MCNA's website.

As of June 27, 2023, two-factor authentication (2FA) is now required to log in to your Provider Portal account. This step adds an extra layer of security and helps to prevent unauthorized access. Please read our FAQ and step-by-step guide to learn more.

The COVID-19 Public Health Emergency is coming to an end. Continuous coverage for enrollees in Florida Medicaid will be ending soon. Once the continuous coverage ends, some Medicaid recipients may no longer be eligible for Medicaid but may be eligible for other Florida KidCare plans. Please read our provider bulletin to learn more.

A new version of the Florida Medicaid Provider Manual containing a significant reduction in prior authorization and other requirements for covered services will go into effect in May 2023. You may read our Provider Bulletin to learn more, and you may download a preview copy of the new manual. Please contact your Provider Relations Representative for additional information regarding these changes.
